Politico reports 31 Senators so far have signed the craven subsidy extension bill authored by Establishment Republican Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and backed by GOP "leadership." To try to gain credibility for this pandering to the poor exercise, the bill ALSO repeals ObamaCare's individual and employer mandates AND insurance coverage requirements such as forcing elderly men to pay for maternity coverage and birth control. But it utterly surrenders on matters of Constitutional principle and common sense – there will be NO STOPPING ObamaCare if the GOP Congress signs on to funding State subsidies…
"In that moment of what could be political chaos, we're offering such a reasonable proposal that solves a mess," Johnson said. "It fixes a mess caused by a sloppily written law, unlawfully implemented. All we're asking for is a little bit of freedom back, which would be, I think, pretty popular."
As Republican Study Committee Chairman Bill Flores RIGHTLY counters, "If you're voting for an extension, you're essentially voting for the continuation of ObamaCare – that's a real problem."
The pending Supreme Court ruling VERY LIKELY WILL NIX ObamaCare subsidies – the only thing making Obamacare "affordable" for nearly 7.5 million Americans.

Treasury requested the funds as "essential" for Big Insurance to keep Ocare premiums "affordable" – and in defiance of law and the Constitution disbursed the money WITHOUT legal authorization when Congress refused the request. REPEALING FAILED, LAWLESS OBAMACARE CANNOT WAIT!

Caught RED-HANDED, Obama's rogue Treasury Dept. is stonewalling, REFUSING to answer House Ways and Means Chairman Rep. Paul Ryan's request for "a full explanation for, and all documents relating to" the Obama administration's decision to make the $3B unauthorized ObamaCare "subsidy" payments.
America is undeniably in the throes of a putsch, subject to the tyrannical whims of the dictator Obama – and NO LONGER self-governed by OUR Constitution and the laws passed by OUR elected Representatives!

Instead of accountability, Rep. Ryan got REFERRED to the Department of Justice, citing the ongoing House GOP ObamaCare lawsuit, which the DOJ says is incorrect! Specifically, the DOJ says the ObamaCare Big Insurance "subsidy" payments do not require annual appropriation… as they are part of a "mandatory payment program."
YOU READ THAT RIGHT! According to a Washington Times report, "Congress never authorized any money to make such payments to insurers in its annual appropriations, but the Department of Health and Human Services, with the cooperation of the U.S. Treasury, made them anyway." AND NOW THE TREASURY CAN'T BE BOTHERED WITH LEGALITY, ACCOUNTABILITY OR TRANSPARENCY TO THE CONGRESS FOR THIS CRIMINAL ACT!
And here's the kicker, folks: The DHHS Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which implements Ocare, properly ASKED CONGRESS FOR A $4 BILLION APPROPRIATION for its cost-sharing payments that year, as well as a $1.4 BILLION "ADVANCE" for the first quarter of 2015 – as they are lawfully required to do, knowing full well that Congressional authorization is absolutely MANDATORY under the Constitution and the positive law!
But then when Congress in its proper role and assigned powers REJECTED DHHS' request, Treasury went ahead and MADE THE PAYMENTS ANYWAY, because TYRANNY IS JUST HOW OBAMA ROLLS…
The Executive Branch is running roughshod over YOUR ordered liberty. Obama's attacks on the Legislative Branch are particularly brazen… hoping to crush whatever separation of powers – especially the "power of the purse" authority – remains from our Constitution.

Prior to the subsidy schemes, Republicans outlined an alternative plan to restore FREEDOM OF CHOICE for Americans to decide whether or NOT they want to purchase health insurance and for employers whether or NOT they want to offer it. Those given coverage through the expansion of Medicaid would be given tax credits to BUY PRIVATE PLANS. The pre-existing conditions protections would be kept – along with allowing young adults to coattail on parent's plans until age 26.
And new legislation, S. 123, "the ObamaCare Taxpayer Bailout Prevention Act," preventing the health insurance companies from enriching themselves on OUR TAXPAYER DOLLARS has been introduced.

FINALLY with Harry Reid out of the Majority Leaders' seat, the Senate is taking action to craft a healthcare "Plan B" path forward for the nation. This effort assumes  a LAWFUL ruling in the pending June Supreme Court decision on ObamaCare's illegal subsidies, which essentially rests upon the alleged "intention" – the "law of the land" objective of Obama's compulsory coverage – mattering LESS than the EXPRESSED, EXPLICIT POSITIVE LAW ENACTED BY CONGRESS.
In accord with the ACA law, the SCOTUS decision should ban critical federal subsidies to the 34 states that have chosen not to create their own insurance exchanges.
The GOP MAJORITY in Congress is gaining strong new momentum to ACT against ObamaCare and BATTLE FOR REPEAL. Obama's pledges that his pet project will "only" cost $900 billion or $30,000 per person insured – and not add one dime to the deficit – have been thoroughly debunked in a new CBO report, along with all Obama's if-you-like-your-insurance, hospital, doctor you-can-keep-them LIES!
The new cost projection of ObamaCare is $50,000 per insured person; taxpayers will spend $1.993 TRILLION over 10 years to provide subsidies for those who qualify and to pay for Medicaid/CHIP expansion.
We will pay in $643 BILLION in NEW TAXES and NEW PENALITIES.
The net cost will be $1.35 TRILLION to insure 24-27 MILLION while 29-31 MILLION Americans remain uninsured.
THIS IS THE EXPANSION OF THE WELFARE STATE AT THE COST OF OUR FREEDOM AND OUR BANK ACCOUNTS! Congress CAN and MUST do better – after all, ObamaCare is BOTTOM OF THE BARREL socialist policy!

A record fifty-eight percent of Americans would VOTE TO REPEAL OBAMACARE if given the chance.
The same poll also reveals 28 percent of Americans say they are WORSE OFF, thanks to ObamaCare!
According to a Fox News poll:
Americans were lied to about the law, people are most likely to think President Obama (37 percent) or his administration (16 percent) is responsible for that. Another 32 percent blame Congress and 15 percent are unsure.
By a narrow 49-43 percent margin, voters think Gruber's comments prove the administration intentionally lied about the law. That includes 26 percent of Democrats. Twice as many independents (54 percent) and nearly three times as many Republicans (72 percent) believe Gruber's comments prove the White House lied.
This poll was released AHEAD of House Speaker John Boehner's ObamaCare funding ROLLOVER when Boehner opted to work with Queen Pass-It-To-Find-Out-What's-In-It Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Barack Obama.

Right now Big Insurance is set to use the looming penalty deadline as a marketing ploy.
The Hill reports one mass mailer from CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield going out in the Washington, D.C., metro-area hoping to use Obama's mandatory coverage penalty/tax to get new customers:
"When you don't have health insurance … you put your financial security at risk," the mailer states. "That's because under the new Affordable Care Act legislation, millions of Americans will have to pay an increased penalty tax of at least 2 percent of their income in 2015 if they go uninsured."
The "good news," the letter said, is that CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield has "solutions" to help people avoid the penalty, including coverage that is "compatible with financial assistance or free money from the government that will help qualifying individuals pay for insurance."
For Big Insurance, it's a WIN-WIN.
ObamaCare cattle cars in customers with its mandatory coverage penalties/taxes, and then Big Government cuts them a BIG FAT CHECK with our taxpayer dollars!
Of course, wised-up Americans are well aware that many of these "free" or "affordable" ObamaCare plans AREN'T WORTH HAVING with thousands of dollars in deductibles that must be met before ANY benefits are received. After all, this is one of the reasons MANY Americans have elected to SAVE MONEY by paying Uncle Sam this past year's one percent ObamaCare tax rather than obtain worthless, unaffordable insurance coverage!
According to an ObamaCare insurers' survey conducted by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, this Obama administration is expected to PAY $725 MILLION in net payments during 2015 TO BAIL OUT HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANIES as part of the illegal risk corridor program in 2015.
Increased reinsurance payments will account for another $275 MILLION.
This will be paid with YOUR taxpayer dollars despite Congress NEVER specifically authorizing it according to long-standing federal rules stipulating that Congress must properly authorize the payment – which includes specifying the amount, who is getting paid and where the money is coming from… shocking no one, OBAMA DOESN'T CARE and is planning to make the illicit payments anyway!
According to the latest Gallup poll, ObamaCare has reached a "new numerical low" with just 1 in 3 Americans approving of Ocare! NOW is the time for Republicans to REPEAL and REPLACE with a free market, private sector REFORMED system.
Some 56 percent of those polled by Gallup DISAPPROVE of Obama's "law of the land" passed only by Democrats because of Harry Reid hijacking, arm-twisting and flat out cheating in the Senate.
"The law's new low in approval – and new high in disapproval (56%) – could potentially have an impact on its future," the pollster notes.
THE NUMBERS ARE ON OUR SIDE WHEN IT COMES TO REPEALING THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT – AND THE REPUBLICANS NEED TO KEEP THEIR PROMISES TO THE VOTERS, STAT!
But Capitol Hill is still dragging its feet.

- REPEAL Section 1341, the "reinsurance" fund collected from insurance companies and self-insuring employers rakes in $63 per individual, which of course is passed onto the insuree. This rakes in about $20 billion over THREE YEARS.
- REPEAL Section 1342, the "risk corridor" provision, mandates a major taxpayer-funded bailout covering up to 80 percent of insurance company losses.
Obama is doing an end-run around Congress with "risk corridor regulations" that are illicit lawmaking, because these two provisions are Obama's only safeguards written into the ACA against the ObamaCare MARKET-BASED "death spiral" where unrealistic healthcare coverage for an unbalanced patient pool results in insolvency and the default of insurance companies.
THESE PROVISIONS NEED TO GO.
The only way out of this mess is for REAL Republican leaders to STEP UP and quit playing these ObamaCare "live with it" and "fix it" games.
We need to demand a FULL REPEAL of ObamaCare and a market-driven REPLACEMENT that works for the folks, not beltway bureaucrats and K Street lobbyists!
