Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham (SC) has repeatedly said he will continue to block Obama's two nominees – Janet Yellen for Federal Reserve Chair and Jeh Johnson for Homeland Security Secretary – until he talks to five key Benghazi survivors. You know, some ACTUAL eyewitnesses of Barack Obama's fatal abandonment to terrorists of our four lost Americans!

"All I want to do is talk to the survivors, protecting their security, protecting their identity, to find out exactly what did happen," Graham told CNN's "State of the Union."

He says his position remains unchanged, despite the CBS report and any errors that account may have contained – the relevant issue is that Graham just wants to "perform oversight."

The biggest obstacle in the way, however, is the Obama administration JUSTICE DEPARTMENT under Attorney General Eric Holder, which is seeking to prosecute the Benghazi TERRORISTS as mere CRIMINALS!

This they say is not only the hold-up explaining why CNN was able to reach the lead terrorist suspect and interview him on camera – only to reveal the Obama administration had yet to even contact him – but this is ALSO why Benghazi survivors have NOT been permitted to testify to Congress, even behind closed doors.

We must draw the line and end the duplicity BEFORE Barack Obama succeeds in building an impenetrable stonewall around the crimes of Benghazi – bamboozling Congress and evading justice FOREVER!

Boehner is still floundering around on the need for H. Res. 36, claiming FIVE different ill-coordinated committees can somehow get the necessary prosecutorial work done. Clearly, with FOUR fatalities and a veil of secrecy, a cloak of cover up over everything – this scandal needs to be BROKEN OPEN with a fierce Select Committee AND an independent prosecutor digging away at every lie and red herring possible.

The H. Res. 36 MUST be supported and PASSED before Congress has so muddied the trail and confused the evidence-gathering, that there will be NO way to see justice done.

People, the Benghazi scandal just gets more and more shocking. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, then-Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta and Joint Chiefs Of Staff Chairman General John Dempsey were NOT under oath when they testified before Congress.

Is it any wonder the Benghazi witnesses said that "if you're above a certain level" you WILL NOT be held accountable?!

Is it any wonder that the State Department regional security officer whose pleas for more security were ignored by his "superior" fought back tears during the opening Benghazi statement, saying "it matters"?

In stark contrast to elitist privilege, while Hillary Clinton was busy accepting a PUBLIC SERVICE AWARD in Beverly Hills, three diplomatic personnel UNDER OATH gave shocking testimony contradicting at least THREE of the former Secretary of State's key representations regarding Benghazi made to Congress during her only "testimony" in January…

And NOW the Obama administration just wants to "move on" with new national security appointments that reward co-conspirators like Susan Rice with even MORE responsibility, while easing top targets like Hillary out of Congress' investigative gunsights… NO WAY!

One thing is for sure, some of the families of our men lost, AND our Special Operations veterans HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THE LIES AND EVASIONS! And we are with them all the way!

We MUST pass H.Res. 36! A Special Select Committee's comprehensive jurisdiction and subpoena authority would hold ALL accountable and protect federal agency employees who feel a duty to testify, but are being pressured, intimidated and flat-out threatened NOT TO COME FORWARD by the Obama administration.

The current multi-committee structure is far too unwieldy, too weak, too slow, and too disorganized to render justice. It jeopardizes the national security of the United States. Whistleblowers and witnesses on the record, the majority of the majority in the House, numerous Senators, a strong emerging American public plurality, the victims' families and the Special Operations military community are all in agreement – it is IMPERATIVE that Congress move forward with a bipartisan, bicameral Special Select Committee on Benghazi.

Ultimately, like Watergate, our only recourse is to move forward with REMOVAL OF BARACK OBAMA FROM OFFICE FOR HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS!

AND TO GET THERE, WE MUST DEMAND A SPECIAL JOINT COMMITTEE TO GET TO THE TRUTH AND EXPOSE THE IRREFUTABLE, CONDEMNING EVIDENCE AGAINST BARACK OBAMA ON BENGHAZI!

These crimes are chance to impeach the tyrant and save America from four more UNCHECKED, UNBALANCED, UNCONSTITUTIONAL years under his increasingly corrupt, dictatorial reign.

We need a SERIOUS bicameral INVESTIGATIVE COMMITTEE like the one that went after Richard Nixon – along with filibusters and an inquiry of impeachment – and the GOP needs to commit to them now!

Tyrone Woods, a former Navy SEAL, was one of the last to perish. Sources on the ground indicate that Ty ran his weapon dry having killed 50 jihadists before he was taken down by mortar fire.

The 30 people who escaped the Benghazi facility with their lives, did so only because of the bravery of former Navy SEALs Ty Woods and Glen Doherty.
