In addition to the recent delay AGAIN of the employer mandate until AFTER mid-terms and the 2016 elections, the Obama administration is also considering an extension – by fiat – to let 4.7 million Americans keep their cancelled pre-ObamaCare individual market health insurance policies for THREE YEARS, through 2017…

THAT strategy of "running out the clock" would conveniently defer much of the ObamaCare coverage mayhem until AFTER the next presidential election – and by diffusing voter pain and anger, dramatically boost chances of Democrat victories in the 2014 mid-terms AND 2016!

Even if policies are not compliant with the Affordable Care Act mandates, companies would be able to continue to offer them to those already covered, until as late as January 2018.

Offering short-term ACA pain relief will help the Democrats clench the mid-terms this year AND in the presidential election of 2016 – ensuring that ObamaCare is HERE TO STAY. And it will do this all BEFORE 2017 when the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office predicts ObamaCare will kill more than TWO and a HALF MILLION MORE FULL-TIME JOBS.

Record numbers – some 26 million – of Americans are already unemployed, under-employed or out of the workforce altogether.

But that's not stopping Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid from HAPPY TALK about the Congressional Budget Office's DISASTROUS report that projects an additional ObamaCare 2.3 MILLION JOB LOSS by 2021. Dirty Harry, maybe better described as Daffy Harry Reid, has chosen to cast the ObamaCare jobs massacre as a "VICTORY FOR 'FREE AGENCY'":

"We have the CBO report, which rightfully says, that people shouldn't have job lock. If they – we live in a country where there should be free agency. People can do what they want. And what they're saying here is – and the fact checkers have already done this – the Republicans talk about losing millions of jobs simply isn't true. It allows people to get out of a job they're locked into, because of – they have healthcare in their job."

"So my caucus is right on track to understand this. The CBO report is far better for us than it's not. Republicans should get away from repeal and start talking about some constructive ways to handle the issues that they're concerned about."

"CBO estimates that the ACA will reduce the total number of hours worked, on net, by about 1.5 to 2 percent during the period from 2017 to 2024, almost entirely because workers will choose to supply less labor–given the new taxes and other incentives they will face and the financial benefits some will receive," said the report.

"The reduction in CBO's projections of hours worked represents a decline in the number of full-time-equivalent workers of about 2.0 million in 2017, rising to about 2.5 million in 2024."

Everything from suppressing his political opposition, to violating fundamental God-given rights, to waging an even bigger war on coal battling the global warming boogeyman, to AMNESTY is fair game for Obama's lawless fiats.

In a less than genuine effort to reprimand the lawlessness of the Obama administration, Republican Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson has filed a lawsuit suing the Obama administration for bypassing Congress to institute special treatment for Congress – namely that members of Congress and their staff would receive taxpayer subsidies not in line with the terms and conditions to which we the peasants are subjected.

It sounds good on its face, but Sen. Johnson is dead wrong.

Not unlike Rep. Tom Rice's measure calling for civil action against the Obama administration for its pick-and-choose law enforcement, this is another go-nowhere lawsuit to be piled on top of a heap of others… Whatever good intentions MAY be wrapped into these legal morsels, they are certainly mostly meant to appease US so that the GOP has wiggle room to evade their constitutional duty to REMOVE the Obama wrecking crew while we still have THREE branches of government!

Thirty members of Congress support the House Resolution sponsored by Rep. Tom Rice (R-SC) calling for civil action against the Executive Branch – i.e. Barack Obama.

They hope recourse to the courts will result in "declaratory or injunctive relief to challenge certain policies and actions taken by the Executive Branch" they say are unlawful and unconstitutional.

The plain truth is, however well intentioned, this course of action is nothing more than attempt at clever legal trickery to skirt a hard obligation of elected federal office. To pursue this course instead of executing Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution lacks the courage of forthright American conviction and fails in political will to "hold on to the Constitution…"

And the question is then laid before us, what of We the People? Do we still have the reverence and respect for the Constitution to rely upon it, and do what it requires to preserve and protect it from a usurper and his Administration who are systematically dismantling it? Will we, too, shrink from duty or demand the political remedy bequeathed us by our Founders to remedy breach of the public trust – will we DEMAND from the Congress impeachment for the Obama faction 'high crimes and misdemeanors' as the Constitution impels?

During a recent House Judiciary Committee hearing on "The President's Constitutional Duty to Faithfully Execute the Laws," Obama's Executive Branch usurpations of Congress and violations of the separation of powers had his OWN supporters waving red flags of constitutional concern. Rep. Trey Gowdy asked (paraphrased): How far can Obama go? What's the limiting principle when Obama violates the rule of law or changes the law at a whim and with no regard for Congress or the Constitution?

"I really have great trepidation over where we are headed," George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley replied. "We are creating a new system here. . . . The center of gravity is shifting, and that makes it unstable. Within that system you have a rise of an uber-presidency. There could be no greater danger for individual liberty. And I really think that the Framers would be horrified by that shift."

Turley early in his remarks specifically testified that, as someone who testified at the Clinton impeachment, and while he did not view such a measure as warranted in Obama's case "given the ambiguity of past decisions…"

Turley nevertheless responded to Rep. Gowdy's question not that there's no limit, but there appears no way of enforcing impeachment remedy.

Turley later called our current state the "most serious constitutional crisis, I believe, in my lifetime."

You might very well get a bipartisan group of federal judges to agree with Turley that Obama's over the line. But they can't issue that ruling without first hearing the case, and the vagaries of the law on standing to sue are such that often there's no one who's legally empowered to bring that challenge. The most productive thing that could come out of this hearing, I think, is an effort in Congress to expand standing for challenges to executive power.

He recommends a "judiciary referee" of some sort.

WE SAY Congress could stop Barack Obama from going any further by starting IMPEACHMENT proceedings TODAY, before we're too far gone as a Republic to save our nation from ruin.
